Caribbean Shops and marina open at Christophe Harbour in St. Kitts By Gay Nagle Myers / March 16, 2017 Share 1 -- The 2,500-acre Christophe Harbour resort and residential development on the southeastern peninsula of St. Kitts, in the planning stages since 2008, has completed phase one of its mega-yacht marina, which features 24 berths out of an eventual 250. Phase two of the marina development is the first installment of the marina village. Four out of seven retail shops are now open and operating. Salt Plage, the beachside bar, serves craft beer and cocktails made with local ingredients.The 126-room Park Hyatt is slated to open this summer overlooking Banana Bay. The three-story Customs House will open in late spring and the first nine holes of the 18-hole Tom Fazio-designed golf course will debut in 2018.Christophe Harbour also includes oceanfront and hillside homes and villas, and the members-only Pavilion Beach Club.
