Tradewind Aviation will operate its flights to St. Barts year-round.

The company currently flies to St. Barts seasonally from San Juan, St. Thomas and Antigua.

"We are thrilled that our success will allow us to continually serve destinations like St. Barts, where access is critical," said Eric Zipkin, president of Trade Wind Aviation.

Tradewind also offers private charters throughout the Caribbean, using Pilatus PC12s and Cessna Grand Caravans.

In the U.S., Tradewind has scheduled summer service from Teterboro (N.J.) and Westchester County (N.Y.) airports to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard.
