PARADISE ISLAND, Bahamas — Travel Impressions is expanding its
Villa Experience portfolio with new offerings in Barbados, Cancun, Jamaica, St. Martin and Turks and Caicos.
Villas range in size from one to seven bedrooms and are priced from $1,000 to $13,700 per night, and are commissionable at 10%.
New villas include The Dream, Barbados, a five-bedroom beachfront property in St. James on the island's west coast with nightly rates from $3,000 to $4,800, depending on travel dates; the four-bedroom beachfront villa in Isla Mujeres in the Riviera Maya with a nightly rate of $3,000; and the one-bedroom La Perla Bianca on Baie Rouge Beach in St. Martin, from $1,000 per night.
"We launched the Villa Experience program in January 2010 and it has grown in number of properties and volume of business ever since," Travel Impressions COO John Hanratty.
"The Caribbean is our best-selling region, followed by Italy. We train and educate agents in selling villa vacations and we can handle air and car bookings as well, so it is a seamless process from start to finish."
