French Country Waterways will relaunch its
12-passenger, all-suite Nenuphar barge in spring of 2007 after a
one-year layoff for a complete renovation.
The barge will be
deployed in France's Champagne region beginning May 13 with newly
renovated suites featuring custom cherry paneling and furniture and
marble bathrooms.
The relaunch of
Nenuphar will bring French Country Waterways' fleet to five,
including the 18-passenger Esprit, the 12-passenger Adrienne, the
eight-passenger Horizon II and the eight-passenger
Princess.
All barges have
sundecks and lounges; a dining room and bar; and libraries with
books, music and games for passenger use.
Staterooms and
suites have full-, queen- or king-size beds, storage space,
individually controlled heat and air conditioning and private
bathrooms.
All-inclusive
prices range from $4,895 to $5,995 per person, double occupancy,
including all meals; wine with lunch or dinner; one dinner at a
Michelin-starred restaurant; tours and excursions; and use of
bicycles. The barges also are available for charter.

Waterways can be reached at (800) 222-1236. Its Web address is www.fcwl.com.
