CLIA named Charlotte Breide director of technical and regulatory affairs, with primary responsibility for health and environmental issues.
She will report to CLIA's vice president of technical and regulatory affairs, Bud Darr.
Breide is an attorney with experience in maritime, energy and environmental law. She most recently counseled the management group of a Fortune 500 energy firm, CLIA said.
Breide is fluent in English and Swedish, and speaks French and German also.
