The Carnival Glory will return to Boston in summer 2013 to operate a series of Atlantic Canada cruises.

This year, the 2,974-passenger ship is sailing four- and five-day cruises from Boston between June 10 and July 26.

In 2013, it will offer four-, five- and seven-day cruises, also in June and July. When the Carnival Glory arrives in Boston next summer, it will feature many Fun Ship 2.0 enhancements, such as Guy’s Burger Joint, the Alchemy Bar and the RedFrog Rum Bar.

“Consumer response to our initial Boston cruises aboard the Carnival Glory has been exceptional,” said Carnival Cruise Lines CEO Gerry Cahill.
