Carnival outlines changes to agent website

By Tom Stieghorst
Carnival Cruise Lines said it is making changes to its GoCCL travel agent website to make it more useful.

Carnival is adding the ability to decrease group allotments to less than eight cabins; simplifying the "change of occupancy" process by creating an "add guest" option; and allowing more customization of rate selection. Pre-selection filters will let agents better customize their rate search, Carnival said.

Also, Carnival said it is making the stateroom display more streamlined, and allowing more choice in how to search categories to match client needs more quickly.
