CruiseOne pays for port parking in promotion

By Tom Stieghorst
CruiseOne launched a promotion in which it will pay parking fees for customers at five cruise ports in Florida and Texas.

The travel agency franchise network said the offer applies on cruises of at least seven nights from Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Tampa, Port Canaveral and Galveston.

There are some further conditions.

On most cruise lines, the offer applies to passengers booked in balcony staterooms or above.

For Disney Cruise Line departures from Florida, the promotion applies to any stateroom category on seven-night cruises and balcony and above categories on four-night cruises.

In Galveston, the promotion applies to any cabin on cruises of at least six nights, and balcony and above on four-night cruises.

The offer is good on cruises departing through March 31, 2014, but bookings must be made by Aug. 15.

On a seven-night cruise, the deal represents a savings of $105 at Port Everglades and $120 at Port Canaveral.

  • Consumer media discover that travel agents do exist

"Contrary to some thoughts, travel agents do exist ... We are usually able to get clients better prices, and we know we can see that clients have better experiences. And as our personal motto is: Our Service Travels With You."
