Crystal Cruises said it will offer a private, after-hours guided tour of the movie set for "The Hobbit", when the Crystal Symphony calls in New Zealand on a holiday cruise in December.

The visit coincides with the release of "The Hobbit," based on the Lord of the Rings trilogy by R.R. Tolkien.

Passengers will be served local beer and wine and a traditional Kiwi barbeque by wait staff dressed in Lord of the Rings garb.

The Hobbiton dinner and village exploration will cost $265 per person.

A second Hobbit-themed adventure is also offered that visits Edora's home, Mr. Potts Station and Lodge, and New Zealand's Southern Alps, Crystal said.
