Europe cruise ports publish culinary guide

The Atlantic Alliance, a group of western European ports, has published a downloadable culinary travel guide with recipes.

The 50-page book includes dishes from 18 ports ranging from Hamburg to Lisbon on the continent, plus ports in the U.K. and Ireland.

For example, a chef from the U.K. details how to prepare scones with clotted cream and jam. Michael McCarthy from Cork shows how to cook Irish stew.
