Holland America enhances digital workshops at sea

By Tom Stieghorst
Holland America Line said it will enhance the digital workshops it offers on cruises in partnership with Microsoft to include new Windows 8 hardware and materials.

The complimentary workshops, led by Microsoft-trained “Techsperts,” introduce guests with varying levels of computer and camera experience to photo editing, movie and slideshow creation, PC organization and cloud storage with SkyDrive.

The new Windows 8 curriculum will offer more than 20 different 50-minute workshops in a variety of genres, Holland America said.
