Several Florida ports closed this weekend because of Tropical Storm Isaac, postponing the arrival of some ships and shortening some cruises this week.

Allure of the Seas is staying at sea through Tuesday, which will cut the ship's next voyage to five days, Royal Caribbean said. Passengers are being asked to embark on the cruise at Port Everglades on Tuesday afternoon.

Carnival Imagination, due back to the Port of Miami from a three-day cruise on Monday morning, is awaiting the reopening of the port.

Carnival Valor, scheduled to depart Sunday on a six-night cruise, is instead scheduled to depart Monday on a five-night itinerary that includes Grand Cayman and Jamaica. Passengers can get a $50 onboard credit and a prorated refund, or opt to cancel and get a total refund or a future cruise credit, Carnival said.

Over the weekend, closure of the Port of Tampa led Carnival to reroute the Carnival Legend to Port Canaveral for disembarkation on Sunday. Passengers were bused back to Tampa, and those arriving for the ship's next cruise were bused to Canaveral.

Legend's itinerary is not expected to change and the ship is scheduled to return to Tampa on Sunday, Sept. 2.

Isaac's current forecast track takes it toward landfall on the Gulf Coast in two days. Hurricane watches and warnings are now in place for parts of the Louisiana coast.
