MSC Cruises to bring aboard Italian performers

By Tom Stieghorst
MSC Cruises said it will offer preview performances of New York theater shows on three of its ships in September.

ArtsLab Onstage will be at the City Center in Manhattan Oct. 16-19 with "Belcanto: The Luciano Pavarotti Heritage," and "T'Ammore, the Spirit of Naples," a contemporary music and dance production.

MSC said performers from the shows will be featured in several venues on the Divina, Splendida and Preziosa from Sept. 13-22 in a tribute to Italian culture.

Performances will be staged at each ship’s main reception, in the panoramic lounge after dinner and in the MSC Yacht Club during pre-dinner drinks.
