Regent sellers can create co-branded site

Regent Seven Seas Cruises launched an online program that enables travel agents to create a co-branded web site.

Sites will feature the agent’s logo, contact and profile information, quote forms, and booking and marketing tools.

There is no charge for creating and using the co-branded site, said Regent.

The cruise line will manage website updates, including itineraries, fares, availability and special offers.

“We value our travel agent partners so highly, and wanted to create an accessible, efficient and cost-effective way for them to increase their presence on the Internet as a Regent Seven Seas Cruises specialist,” said Randall Soy, senior vice president of sales. “In fact, the process is so simple that absolutely no knowledge of technology is required by the agent in order to create one. We do it all.”

Agents can register a unique URL and use it for their email marketing campaigns as a landing site for offers and promotions.

Any information secured from potential clients on the co-branded site will be forwarded to the agency directly and not shared with Regent Seven Seas Cruises, said the line.

To create a site, travel agents should fill out a request form. Travel agents will receive a notification within approximately 48 hours confirming that the site has gone live, Regent said.
