The Wind Surf, Windstar Cruises’ flagship yacht, is getting a new restaurant.
When the yacht’s renovation is completed on Dec. 1, the restaurant formerly known as Degrees will be Stella Bistro. Windstar describes Stella Bistro as a “contemporary dining room with a French twist.”
With a capacity of 86 diners, Stella Bistro will receive new furniture and flooring, a wine display cabinet and pendant lighting. The walls will be decorated with antique mirrors and vintage photographs.
