Royal Caribbean to enter float in Thanksgiving parade

By Tom Stieghorst
Royal Caribbean International will enter a float in the 2013 Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York, to draw attention to the 2014 debut of Quantum of the Seas.

The float will be designed by Macy's Parade Studios and "will reflect the adventure and excitement of cruising on a Royal Caribbean ship," a statement said.

The parade will be televised on NBC from 9 a.m. until noon Eastern time on Thursday, Nov. 28.
