Royal Princess arrives in England

By Tom Stieghorst
Princess Cruises' latest ship, Royal Princess, arrived in Southampton, England, where it will be named by the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, on June 13.

The 3,600-passenger ship was maneuvered into place in Dock 4 on Friday at Southampton's Ocean Terminal, where it will remain until a preview cruise on June 14.

About 10,000 people are expected to see the ship between now and then.

Royal Princess will make its maiden voyage on June 16 to Barcelona, to position it for a series of summer Mediterranean cruises.
