SeaDream Yacht Club said that for the first time it will sail one of its 112-passenger mega-yachts to Asia in 2013-14.

The SeaDream II will head to the region after finishing its 2013 European season in October.

Beginning with a voyage from Singapore, it plans 18 cruises of between 7 and 15 days.

Scheduled to stay in Asia through April 2014, SeaDream II will call on ports in Sri Lanka, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Myanmar, East Timor, Northern Australia, Indonesia, New Guinea, Vietnam, Cambodia and Hong Kong, among others.

"We’ve planned very unique calls, such as the little-visited islands of the Burmese Mergui Archipelago in the Andaman Sea and Sanya, on Hainan Island in China,” SeaDream President Bob Lipesto said.
