Silversea Cruises said the Silver Cloud will undergo a "major stem-to-stern refurbishment" at a three-week drydock in Italy later this month.
Silversea said the goal is to completely renovate Silver Cloud's interior decoration.
The improvements include new mattresses exclusive to Silversea in every suite; new Pratesi sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers; and revamped bathroom configurations with either a new bath/shower combination or a walk-in glass-enclosed rainforest shower with sitting area.
For public spaces, earth tones will be the new color scheme in carpets, wall treatments and artwork. The bar will be decorated in contrasting cooler shades of teal, brown and beige.
The Grill will replace the existing pool bar and grill area. The Grill will let passengers cook meats and seafood tableside on heated volcanic rocks.
