The 3,800-passenger Costa Fascinosa, under construction in Italy at Fincantieri's Marghera shipyard, is scheduled to debut 2 May 2012, during a mini-cruise before the ship's naming ceremony in Savona, Italy, on 6 May.

The first of the newbuild's two short cruises is scheduled to leave Venice on 2 May, with port calls in Dubrovnik, Croatia; the Italian island of Capri; and Savona.

A second short cruise will depart Savona on 7 May with calls at Corfu, Greece; Cattaro, Montenegro; and Venice....
