The Norwegian Getaway is scheduled for delivery in April 2014.

The 144,017-gross-ton, 4,000-passenger ship is under construction at the Meyer Werft shipyard in Germany. Norwegian Cruise Line will base the ship year-round in Miami. Its sister ship, the Breakaway, will begin sailing year-round from New York when it launches in May 2013.

Cabin categories on the Getaway include 59 Studios, designed and priced for solo travelers, a concept that debuted on the Norwegian Epic.
