Cadiz, a city on a peninsula surrounded by 300 degrees of water, is an extremely popular cruise port. Ships dock essentially in the town center, and there is a small tourist office located at the pier.
Part of Cadiz's popularity is its proximity to Seville. The fastest way to the larger city is by train. The train station is a 15-minute walk from the port, and the journey between Seville and Cadiz takes less than two hours.
