According to Herber Valkenberg, president of Icon Hotel Marketing, Miami, agents will earn 10% pay on pre-booked spa services as well as accommodations and golf.Icon handles reservations and marketing on behalf of the 45-unit property, which is about a year old and requires a three-night minimum stay.It offers two- and three-bedroom condos and two- and three-bedroom villas.The new, 4,000-square-foot Body & Soul Spa offers treatments designed to ease tension and restore balance. Therapies include massage treatments, body wraps, skin and body treatments, aromatherapy, hydrotherapy, manicure and pedicures.The fitness studio has strength-conditioning and cardio-vascular equipment and free weights. Personal trainers are available.There also are outdoor retreat areas and private whirlpools. Locker rooms contain dry sauna, wet steam and power showers.While using the spa, guests are provided with a robe, slippers and towels.Commissionable add-ons to accommodations all include unlimited use of the fitness center.These one-day optional service packages include: Golfers Par Excellence, $265 per guest, providing a 25-minute foot reflexology, 50-minute therapeutic massage, one personal training session for strength, a men's fitness facial or a European facial, and unlimited use of the fitness center.Harmony of Nature, at $245 per guest, covers a 30-minute facial, manicure and pedicure and a 509-minute Swedish massage.The Jewel of the Desert option, at $320 per person, features a 30-minute Vitamin C infusion facial treatment, 45-minute sale glow body treatment, a 50-minute Swedish massage, a manicure, pedicure and one personal training session.Spa Romance, priced at $465 per couple, covers an indoor or outdoor massage, a personal training session, 30-minute use of a private Jacuzzi and a dinner for two.Non-spa guests have access to daily aerobics classes by the pool.In addition to the spa, the property has an 18-hole Robert Trent Jones Jr.-designed golf course, two lighted tennis courts, a pro shop, the Ventanas del Mar restaurant and the Look-out Bar & Grill.In-house golf packages through Dec. 21 are priced from $750 for three nights, single or double. Two-bedroom condos rent for $597 single or double for three nights; $525 for triple or quad.
