Highlights follow:• The 395-unit Turnberry Isle Resort & Club, Aventura, added a $10 million, 25,000-square-foot spa with 16 massage rooms and a 3,600-square-foot fitness center designed by Tag Galyean.The three-level spa, overlooking gardens, has Mediterranean-inspired architecture and a 40-foot curved glass wall with a domed skylight.Among the spa services are Omni Sales (Latin for total well-being).
