The first 165 two-bedroom villas are now available for holiday rental or "vacation ownership" at the Marriott's Aruba Surf Club, which upon completion will consist of 430 two-bedroom and 20 three-bedroom villas, each with balcony, kitchen, washer/dryer and more.Nightly rates range from $389 for an oceanview 2-bedroom villa in low season to $950 in "snowbird," or high, season. Oceanfront villas rent for up to $1,000 per night. Villa rentals are fully commissionable at 8% on most bookings and 10% for preferred agency members of Marriott's Hotel Excellence program.
