A sale would net the agent 8% commission, or $46,800. The promotion, A Suite Year in London, offers renters the Amarillo Suite, one of the hotel's Signature Series suites, which recently were unveiled following a $150 million renovation of the hotel.The 1,600-square-foot, one-bedroom Amarillo Suite features a hand-carved Harrison and Gil headboard; an Italian marble bathroom with a limestone egg bath and rainfall shower; a full-size Cattelan dining table with seating for up to 10 guests; a Bang & Olufsen plasma TV; wireless Internet; and European and American adaptor plugs.The nightly rate for the suite would generally be about $5,200.The $585,000 price is only available for stays during one calendar year.
