The colonial city of Puebla introduced its own double-decker tour bus operation this month. Puebla, one of UNESCO's World Heritage Sites, joins Mexico City as the only cities in Mexico to offer this type of tour service. The red, roofless, double-decker Turibus makes several stops along its route, giving passengers the opportunity to get on and off at museums, cathedrals and other tourist attractions. All passengers receive complimentary earphones to listen to pre-recorded information about Puebla in a choice of five languages. A daylong pass costs about $8.
