Dubai-based luxury hotel company the Jumeirah Group is poised to open the Grosvenor House Apartments by Jumeirah Living this month.
Located in London’s Park Lane, adjacent to the renowned Grosvenor House Hotel, the hotel residences will combine Jumeirah hotels services, including 24-hour concierge, maid service and a business center, with the privacy of a Mayfair apartment.
The property will feature 133 apartments, all of which can be reserved for short or long stays, priced from about $700 for a studio to $17,000 a night for the 4,800-square-foot, five-bedroom penthouse.
The property will begin to accept reservations on Feb. 20. The full opening is set for April 2.
