The first W Hotel in France will open its doors Feb. 14.
The 91-room W Paris - Opera Hotel will be located in a 19th century building across from the Opera Garnier.
The design will include a mix of contemporary and historical features, including original stained glass windows and mosaic floors. Other features will include a restaurant, bar and fitness center/spa, as well as meeting facilities.
The property is owned by Barcelona-based equity group Meridia Capital. Other Starwood Hotels and Resorts properties in France include the Sheraton, Le Meridien, Westin and the Luxury Collection brands.
Rates will start from about $474 per room.
