Hawaiian Airlines transported more than 772,000 passengers in April, an increase of 7.2% over the same month last year.
The carrier’s revenue-producing miles also improved in April, jumping nearly 19% year over year, according to figures released recently by the company.
Hawaiian’s load factor dropped in April, however, sliding 4.6 percentage points, to 77.5%.
Through the first four months of 2013, the airline transported more than 3.1 million travelers, up 7.9% over the same period last year, while Hawaiian’s load factor slipped 3.2 percentage points, to 80.1%.
