Hawaii Oahu’s Kahala resort names new hotel manager By Shane Nelson / November 30, 2015 Share 1 -- Scott Pauli Officials at the Kahala Hotel & Resort on Oahu’s south shore have appointed Scott Pauli as the 338-room property’s hotel manager. A 20-year Hawaii hospitality industry veteran, Pali served most recently as the general manager at the Park Shore Waikiki. “Scott’s expertise, professionalism and values are well suited in helping us to elevate our resort’s performance for continued success,” Carmine Iommazzo, the Kahala’s general manager, said in a statement. Born and raised in Chicago, Pauli lived and worked for 16 years on Maui and the Big Island of Hawaii, serving in different management positions at the Ritz-Carlton Kapalua and the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai. More recently, he was the cooperate director of housekeeping for Aston Hotels & Resorts.
