Now part of the Hola Hotels consortium, the Hotel Phenix has followed in the steps of its legendary namesake: It has risen from its ashes anew, and in better form. Tastefully refurnished (overhauled would be more accurate) in late 2006, the Hotel Fenix come close to earning the 4 stars it claims for itself.
