Wedged between the Acosta and Main Street bridges, in the revitalized downtown district, steps from the Center for the Performing Arts and Jacksonville Landing shopping plaza, near offices and the civic center, this urbane hotel continues to hover above the Hilton Jacksonville & Towers thanks to its consistent maintenance program and slightly superior staff, but the top award here still goes to the newer Hyatt.
