Turen and agent in sync regarding Facebook

Richard Turen's views very often mirror mine exactly, as they did in his Facebook column [Reality Check: "Facebore: Is it really for all of us?" Feb. 14]. Here is an online comment I posted the day before reading it:

The social media scene is like stepping into a busy cafeteria and being overwhelmed by the buzz of countless people. Clients, more than ever, crave personalized service, consumer advocacy, knowledgeable expertise, assistance with unpredicted emergencies and swift justice for suppliers who do not deliver. As a successful agent with an unlisted phone number, minimal Web presence and well-above-average income, I will continue to be motivated by providing top-notch service -- at a top-notch price. Call me Faceless!
