Mexico-based Hoppi’s Hydawhey plans to develop the Arroyo Grande Resort and Spa, scheduled to open in 2014 in Los Cabos.
The 200-room resort will include a spa, a gym, multiple pools, a 27-hole golf course and a 40,000-square-foot casino with 500 slot machines.
The resort is the first phase of a master-planned community targeted at the family vacation market.
