The Registry Collection, a luxury exchange program with more than 200 vacation properties in 40 countries, added Fairmont Heritage Place, Mayakoba in Mexico's Riviera Maya to its network of affiliated properties.
The resort is scheduled to open in 2014 in the Mayakoba gated resort community.
Suite accommodations will offer a choice of lagoon, jungle and seaside views.
Registry guests will have access to an 18-hole golf course, a spa and nearby restaurants.
The Registry Collection is part of the Wyndham Worldwide family of brands.
