Patrons may now order wine by the glass on tap at the Colosseum, Bacchanal Buffet, Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill and casino bars in Caesars Palace.
By utilizing keg wine, customers receive a fresher beverage and the casino resort stands by the environmental standards set forth in its CodeGreen sustainability program.
Standard wine-by-the-glass programs sometimes take hours or even days to finish an opened bottle, increasing the possibility of oxidation and therefore damaging the taste of the wine and also often leads to spoilage and waste.
By taking the bottles out of the by-the-glass program, Caesars Palace says it has been able to eliminate these types of problems and contribute positively to its goal of being more environmentally friendly by saving costs, reusing kegs and reducing greenhouse gasses.
