The Bellagio is remodeling all 928 rooms and suites in the resort’s Spa Tower. The refit will encompass 819 guestrooms and 109 suites. The $40 million project is expected to be completed by December.
Additionally, as part of the remodel, the Bellagio will introduce three executive hospitality suites. The 2,500-square-foot suites each will feature a billiards lounge and separate home theater living area.
Remodeled resort rooms in the Spa Tower will be available for reservation in early September. The new executive suites can be booked beginning in November.
“The Spa Tower remodel will broaden our distinct selection of luxury accommodations and strengthen our commitment to the overall evolution of the Bellagio experience,” Randy Morton, president and COO of the Bellagio, said in a statement.
The Bellagio recently completed a $70 million redesign of 2,568 guest rooms in its main tower.
