USA Vacation rentals set to debut in Orlando By Robert Silk / January 27, 2016 Share 1 -- The first homes at Encore Club at Reunion, a master-planned vacation rental community in Orlando, will be available to travelers by the end of February, according to the developer.“The rental process is going to start in the next two to four weeks,” said James Schumaker, executive vice president of marketing for Encore Capital Management. Encore Club, a gated, 350-acre sector within the larger Reunion Resort complex, will eventually feature 742 homes of between five and 13 bedrooms, all zoned for daily rentals. The complex sits near Interstate 4 in Osceola County, less than six miles from Disney World. A nine-bedroom home Encore Club at Reunion. So far, approximately 80 homes are either finished or under construction, said Schumaker. Home prices range from the mid-300,000s to the mid-700,000s. Each home within Encore Club has a pool. Encore Club renters will also gain access to a private club pool and waterpark as well as a clubhouse complete with a fitness center, restaurant and lounge. In addition, Encore Club renters can use the amenities at Reunion Resort, including its spa, four pools, five restaurants and the Annika Academy, affiliated with women’s golf legend Annika Sorenstam.Rentals at Encore Club will be handled by property managers of each homeowner’s choosing, Schumaker said. One of the developer’s preferred manager is Jeeves Florida Rentals. The property managers will determine commission policies.
