The International Motor Coach Group (IMG) has tapped Bronwyn Wilson to serve as its president.

Wilson had worked with Australian Pacific Touring since 1982, most recently serving as the company's president, overseeing North America operations.

During her tenure at Australian Pacific Group, Wilson also served on the board of directors of the U.S. Tour Operators Association and was vice chairman of the organization in 2010.

The IMG is a privately held corporation representing more than 60 motorcoach companies in the U.S. and Canada. In order to be a member of the group, operators must meet service, safety and operating standards in line with for exceeding requirements set forth by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.

Wilson has been charged with developing a national sales and marketing program for the IMG.

She replaces Steven Klika, who the IMG credits with growing it into an internationally recognized organization with enhanced safety and operational guidelines during his 11-year tenure. Klika implemented such initiatives as an online driver-training curriculum and bulk purchasing relationships with vendors.
