Hertz Global Holdings said that its Dollar and Thrifty brands have markedly increased their European locations this year.

Since February, 114 Dollar and Thrifty locations have opened in Spain, France and Luxembourg, Hertz said. The new locations include in-terminal operations at Charles de Gaulle, Orly and Nice airports in France, and the Malaga and Barcelona airports in Spain.

“We have a long-term growth strategy for the Dollar and Thrifty brands internationally, with a focus on key leisure destinations,” Hertz CEO Mark Frissora said in a statement.

The latest openings bring the brands' totals to 335 Thrifty locations and 259 Dollar locations across Europe, according to Hertz.
