Travel management company Carlson Wagonlit Travel is launching a website for business travelers to post and read hotel reviews.
CWT Hotel Intel, which is part of the company’s CWT Hotel 360 suite of products, sends customers an automatic e-mail soliciting comments, a rating and a review of the traveler’s recent stay at a hotel.
The reviews, which are posted in a private network, are administered by travel-review site Vinivi.
