Frosch Travel has grown through the acquisition of Summit Travel Group of San Mateo, Calif., for an undisclosed price.

Both companies are “known for their expertise in luxury travel and high-touch corporate travel,” Frosch said.

Frosch, No. 17 on Travel Weekly’s 2012 Power List, has headquarters in Houston and New York. Frosch says it is a $1 billion company employing 1,100 people in the U.S.
