Hickory selects ETS to provide after-hours call center

Corporate travel agency consortium Hickory Global Partners has selected Emergency Travel Service (ETS) to provide after-hours coverage, handle overflow call volume and provide 24/7 emergency travel support.

Hickory’s general manager, Chris Dane, said ETS “can extend our agencies’ operations and deliver on the business advantages we promise.”

Hickory members will receive “preferred flat-fee transaction rates, with no hidden costs,” Hickory said.
