The Palmyra Resort & Spa in the Rose Hall section of Montego Bay, Jamaica, is on the bankruptcy-auction block.

The sealed-bid auction will take place March 28.

The 2resort, which opened in December 2010, has been in receivership since last July.

The partially completed condo-resort encompasses three towers on 16 acres of beachfront land near the Montego Bay Convention Center.

The two condo towers already built include 200 residences, of which 97 remain available for sale.

Only the shell of the third tower has been built, plus the beachfront villas, spa and banquet facilities have not been completed.
