The third Bulgari hotel will open in London next month.

The Bulgari Hotel & Residences, London will be the first newbuild luxury hotel in the city in four decades.

The property, located in London’s Knightsbridge district, will have 85 rooms and suites and will include touches such as an 80-foot swimming pool built with Vicenza stone, a 47-seat screening room and a “green roof” with bird and bat boxes.

Ritz-Carlton launched the Bulgari hotel brand with the 128-year-old jewelry company in 2001 and opened the partnership’s first hotel in Milan three years later. A second hotel in Bali opened in 2006.

Bulgari was founded in 1884. The company is a division of Louis Vuitton parent LVMH Group.
