Cap Juluca to manage golf course

By Gay Nagle Myers

Temenos Golf Course on Anguilla will reopen Dec. 19 under Cap Juluca's management.

The resort inked a management agreement with Flag Luxury Properties Anguilla, the course owner and developer.

The $50 million, Greg Norman-designed course is the only golf course on Anguilla. It opened in 2006 but was forced to shut down in 2008 when the owner ran into financial problems.

Enhancements include a new drainage system at Merrywing Salt Pond, located on the course. New flushing channels permit sea water to flow out of the pond during high tide.

Temenos is a short ride from Cap Juluca and tee times are now being accepted at (264) 498-5602 or by email at golf@capjuluca.
