A Chicago development that includes three select-service hotels will open in the city’s River North district on June 20.

The “triplex” is located on Clark Street, about five blocks north of the Chicago River and five blocks west of Michigan Avenue’s Magnificent Mile.

The development includes the 180-room Fairfield Inn & Suites Chicago Downtown/River North, the 272-room Aloft Chicago City Center and the 212-room Hyatt Place Chicago/North. Fairfield is a Marriott brand, while Starwood oversees the Aloft badge.

The development will also include Beatrix, a restaurant operated by Chicago-based Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises.
