Choice Hotels International has implemented Dell Services’ system as the sole source for processing all travel agent commission payments.
Choice said Dell Services’ Travel Agency Commission Settlement product collects data from multiple sources, including GDSs and hotel reservation systems. Choice said the new system provides a “more efficient payment process.”
The new system will not require any changes or actions by travel agents, Choice said.
Choice’s hotel brands are Comfort Inn, Comfort Suites, Quality, Sleep Inn, Clarion, Cambria Suites, MainStay Suites, Suburban Extended Stay, Econo Lodge and Rodeway Inn.
