The first Doubletree hotel will open in Zagreb, Croatia, next spring.
The new hotel will include 152 rooms, a restaurant, a bar and about 9,000 square feet of meeting space. The property is about six miles from Zagreb Airport.
Hilton Worldwide is looking to build business in Eastern Europe with its upper-upscale Doubletree brand. Hilton introduced the brand in Europe in 2008 and now operates 23 Doubletrees in 10 countries across Europe.
